Terms of use

Effective 28 October 2026.

These terms are between you and ZDevStudio LLC ("we"). By using the Bragzi apps or tv.bragzi.fun you agree to them. Apple's standard licence terms for App Store apps also apply.

What Bragzi is

Bragzi is a party game played on a TV with phones as controllers. It is written for adults and older teenagers. Some content is adult humour; the host can hide it with tame mode.

Be kind

• Only take a selfie of yourself, and only pick traits for people who are in the room and playing along.
• Avatars, names, drawings or answers that mock, harass, sexualise or impersonate someone are removed when reported and may get your account blocked.
• Do not try to break the game, flood rooms, or get into rooms you were not invited to.

Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings; see the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.

Purchases

Bragzi is free to download and play. If we add content packs, they are one-time purchases made through Apple and tied to your App Store account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.

Content

Questions and answers are written for fun. We check facts, but a party game is not a reference work. Caricature avatars are generated by a computer and are deleted when the night ends.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Bragzi running, but it is provided as is, without warranties, and may be unavailable or change at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
